French lesson: question of the day #17
In French, we talk about “une vague” when it comes to the ocean, but “une onde” in science. In Spanish, it is very much the same, they talk about “una ola” when it is in the ocean, but “una onda” in science. Note that “a microwave” is “un micro-onde” in French, and “un microondas” in Spanish.
